This allows space where you are abel to control stress and anxiety or depression, which can both be low-lying or completely dibilating. Either or, hypnotherapy does not discriminate and will be your friend. By sorting out bad sleep habits and saying goodbye to the anxious or intrusive thoughts, you are able to get control of your life and live it how you wish to do so.

Due to it's nature, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) means that you do not have to talk about your trauma, meaning that you are able to process it through the power of your own subconscious mind. The subconscious is able to do the job it is supposed to do. The body remembers all aspects of fear and trauma, however old or young it may be, but with SFH you can move forwards, able to process what is needed and when. This helps to leave it all far behind and find a more positive way forwards.

Simply by it's nature, the physiological aspect of how the brain effects the body means that Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is an effective and long-lasting tool for all our hormonal imbalances. It works in a purely unique way, bringing balance inline with the biology of your whole being. Hypno-birthing & Calm Birth

Using my midwifery knowledge and experience alongside hypnotherapy helping to empower and support women through the pregnancy, labour and birth. This promotes calmness and peace which is crucial during labour and birth, and has sadly been forgotten in our clinicalised health system. Learning how to use hypnosis effectively to manage anxiety and pain, plus learn lifelong coping strategies, will help you to have the birth you want, AND to prioritise the preparation work needed for motherhood.
