Massage is an ancient tool which has been used to help heal us for many thousands of years. It sorts out many issues but does not always get the recognition it so greatly deserves.

• It helps with sleep, it reduces pain, it heals injuries and prevents and cures illnesses. By stimulating the lymphatic system it moves toxins out of the body, it promotes energy levels to strengthen the organs’ functioning, and it improves our immune systems by reducing the symptoms of stress rebalancing our hormones. 
• It is also very specific in its healing simply by its nature as a therapeutic tool. I use a combination of different techniques which I have found help people in many different ways. The basis of which is a therapeutic and restorative approach. 
• Using various techniques of deep tissue, neuromuscular and trigger point, abdominal massage, Swedish, and lymphatic flush. All these used in combination help the mind and body to heal in a fundamental way.
